Booking & Planning

You can book your party online through our website, over the phone, or in person. Simply choose your package, date, and time to reserve your spot. All reservations do require a deposit.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, as popular time slots fill quickly.

Yes, a deposit of $75 is required to secure your party reservation. This will be applied to the total cost of the birthday party and the remaining balance is due before or on the day of your party.

Yes! You can update your guest count and add food or extras at any time. Packages do have a minimum of 10 participants.
Guests & Party Details

Each party package includes 10 guests, which includes the birthday child(ren). You can always add additional guests for an extra fee depending on your chosen package.

No problem! We can always accommodate additional guests—just let our team know as soon as possible.

Typically, only participating children are included in the guest count. Adults are welcome to attend and enjoy the party space. If adults would like to participate in the party they would be added on just as any additional guest.

Our birthday parties are designed for a wide range of ages—from kids to teens and even adults—making them a great option for celebrating together. If you have any questions about height or weight restrictions for specific activities, our team is happy to help—just reach out for more details.
Activities & What’s Included

Party packages include a variety of attractions such as bowling, laser tag, VR, and the rock wall. Included activities vary by package. You can view all birthday party package options here.

Yes! All birthday party packages include a $15 arcade game card for each participating guest. If guests would like to keep playing, additional game cards can be purchased. We also offer a special $8 for a $10 game card when you purchase a minimum of 10 cards.
Food & Drinks

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for birthday cakes or cupcakes.

Absolutely! Many families choose to add food and drinks for parents and additional guests. You can explore our birthday party food packages here, or you’re welcome to order additional items directly from our menu during the party.
Decorations & Setup

Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations to personalize your party. Table covers, themed décor, and personalized place settings are all great options (we also provide standard birthday place settings for your convenience).
To keep everything safe and easy for all guests, we do have a few guidelines: nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures, and confetti is not allowed. Balloons are welcome as long as they are attached to a weight. Pull-string piñatas are permitted, but traditional piñatas are not allowed.

Day of the Party

We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time for check-in.

When you arrive, please check in at the bowling desk. A member of our team will get your group checked in and introduce you to your party host, who will guide you through the rest of the party experience.

Yes! A party host will be with your group during your time at the party table to help with food, setup, and keeping everything running smoothly. They’ll also help transition your group into activities. Once your party is fully underway, your host may be assisting with other parties, but our team is always available to help if anything is needed.
