Birthday Party Day Guide
We’re so excited to celebrate with you!
Birthday parties come with a lot of moving pieces, so we’ve put together this simple party day guide to help you know exactly what to expect when you arrive. Our team will help guide you through the flow of the party so you can spend less time worrying about the details and more time enjoying your child’s celebration.
before you arrive
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and meet your party host without feeling rushed.
The only outside food you’ll need to bring is your cake or cupcakes. If you’d rather skip bringing dessert, you can also add a cookie cake from our kitchen.
Parties with bowling should remind guests to bring or wear socks, since socks are required with bowling shoes. If anyone forgets, socks are available for purchase at the center.
Guests participating in certain attractions, such as the rock wall, will need closed-toe shoes.
Step 1: Check In at the Bowling Desk
When you arrive, please check in at the front bowling desk using the birthday child’s name or last name.
A member of our team will get your group checked in and introduce you to your party host. Don’t worry if all of your guests haven’t arrived yet — we can still get your party started, and late guests can check in as they arrive.
Step 2: Head to Your Reserved Party Table
Your party host will walk you to your reserved table in our birthday party area behind the bowling lanes.
Each party includes:
A reserved party table for food and guests
A smaller table for cake and presents
Standard birthday place settings
You’re also welcome to bring table covers, themed table décor, or personalized place settings if you’d like to add your own touch.
To keep the party area comfortable for all birthday groups, tables may not be rearranged, and nearby tables may be reserved for other parties.
Step 3: Fill Out Your Guest List
Once you’re at the table, your host will help you get started with your party guest list.
This list is for the children participating in the birthday party activities. It helps our team make sure the right guests receive the items included with your package, such as food, activities, and arcade cards.
Late guests can still be added when they arrive.
Step 4: Enjoy Food, Cake & Presents
Your reserved table time is 1 hour, and this is the best time to enjoy pizza, drinks, cake, and presents while everyone is together.
We recommend using table time for:
Pizza and drinks
Opening presents
Singing happy birthday
Cake or cupcakes
Doing these things before activities helps keep the party smooth, because once the kids head off to play, it can be much harder to gather everyone back together.
Birthday party packages include 2 slices of pizza per child, soda during table time, and a $15 arcade game card for each participating guest.
Many families also like to order additional food for adults, grandparents, or siblings. Food can be ordered during the party and will be delivered directly to your table.
Step 5: Transition Into Activities
After table time, your host will help transition your group into the activities included with your package.
If your party includes bowling, your group will head to the lanes directly after table time. Bowling shoes are included with party packages that include bowling, but socks are required.
If your package includes laser tag, we recommend doing it right after table time or right after bowling. Once kids spread out into the arcade, it can be harder to gather everyone for a group activity.
Arcade cards are usually best handed out after bowling or after any planned group activities, especially if you want to keep the kids together before they head into the arcade.
Step 6: Enjoy the Rest of the Party
After your group has transitioned into activities, your host will help clear your party table and can assist with getting presents to your car.
Your party does not have a strict end time. The celebration naturally wraps up as guests finish enjoying the activities included in your package.
Guests are welcome to continue enjoying the center after the included party activities are complete.
A Few Helpful Party Day Notes
Outside decorations are welcome, but please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures
Confetti is not allowed
Balloons must be attached to weights
Pull-string piñatas are permitted
Traditional piñatas are not permitted
Only cake or cupcakes may be brought in as outside food.
If fewer than the 10-guest minimum attend, options may vary depending on your package. In some cases, attending children may use the additional activities, or adults may participate in place of missing guests.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you need to reschedule your party for a future available date.
